Praise

She's beautiful!
She lightens the spaces she inhabits with her innocent delight, her joy, her bright eyes.

She's pure, clean,
An unblemished spirit
Her breath is sweet
She sings her songs of praise.

She refreshes the soul
Renews the hardened
Revives the tired and worn-out

Such a gift of love
Such a gift of joy
Such a gift of life
Such a gift of new beginning

I praise her Maker
Her Creator
The One Who gives her breath, her beauty, her voice
The One Who fills her with joy, life, and love

May I nurture her and teach her His ways
So that she will delight in Him
Know the Truth
And never turn away
