Last night Martin and I were sitting on the couch, and we spontaneously voiced some of the things we liked the best about 2009. Here are some of them:
1. Our 10th anniversary celebration
2. Beach trip
3. 2 trips to Durham and visiting our church at Mt. Level again
4. Finding out my sister Rachel is pregnant
5. Being with Tom and Candice and their family again
6. Participating in a very meaningful Early Church baptism service
7. Gardening and eating lots of our own fresh produce
8. SOA trip and getting to know a lot of church people better
9. Bicycle trips to the slab in Dayton and eating picnic lunches and cooling off in the water
10. Great Lake Swimmers concert (both of us) and Bonnie Prince Billy concert (Martin)
11. Vincent's 1 year birthday celebration, and his learning to walk
